Policy & T&Cs & Privacy

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or paid up front. Credit cards are authorised (not charged) prior to arrival. If the card is declined, the hotel will try to contact the guest, however cannot guarantee the booking without a valid credit card.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

Within the booking process, you may select one of the following reservation options:

Flexible Rate has 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

This room rate provides the most flexible access to your choice of accommodation. It includes applicable taxes and service charges. Bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 2PM (London time) one day prior arrival, without charge. Bookings that are cancelled or amended after 2PM (London time) one day prior arrival or no show will be subject to a charge of 100% of the first night. Reservation will automatically be charged at 2pm (London time) 1 day prior to arrival.

Advance purchase, or any other discounted offers are Non-refundable and payment is taken at the time of booking, these room rates offer the lowest rate available. In order to qualify for this rate, full prepayment is required. In case of changes or cancellations, the payment is non-refundable and non-amendable. If you depart early or cancel or fail to honour this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund. Any extensions of your stay will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.

If you have prepaid a special offer you will be asked to show the same form of payment to the reception on day of check-in. If you are unable to show the same form of payment we will refund you the stay and charge a new card which you have available on the day of arrival.

All offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation. The availability of the offer shall be confirmed by the Hotel.

Third Party Credit Cards:

Credit Cards used to make the reservation must be in the name of the guest. If not, link will be sent to the credit card holder to pay online. if or deposit has not been supplied by the time we specify, the relevant booking(s) may be cancelled without notice and we reserve the right to re-let the relevant room or facility without prior notice. In such circumstances we will not be obliged to refund any deposit paid by you (or by any other person in connection with the booking).

Check-in time after 2 p.m.
Check-out time before 11 a.m.

All special offer rates are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Pet Policy:

The hotel is pet friendly, The charge is £15.00 per 24 hour period and the hotel reserves the right to charge extra for additional cleaning.

Child Policy:

Children under 14 are accommodated free of charge when sharing with two adults. The breakfast charge for children under 14 is £9.00. Please note all service requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Purchasing items from your room:

Should you wish to take any of the contents from you room, please inform reception as we have a stock of items you can buy. If we are not informed, we will charge the cost of the item to your credit card.

Parking

We have 26 parking spaces-on-site (13 at the front of the hotel and 13 at the rear). These are strictly on a first come-first -served basis(i.e. spaces can not be guaranteed). The charge is £15.00 per 24 hour period.
