We always take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the hotel and in response to the Coronavirus, we are taking additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
1- We encourage social distancing & reduced contact where possible. Our team aims to maintain a two meters distance from guests, and our housekeepers will only clean guestrooms when the guest is not present. Guests are reminded to respect social distancing policies.
2- Our team wear face masks during all contacts with guests, we ask guests to wear masks while walking around the hotel.
3- Our public areas and guest rooms are meticulously cleaned using the strongest cleaning and high-grade disinfectant products proven to be effective against the Coronavirus.
4- Guest rooms will be unoccupied for two days prior to guest arrival.
5- All our high-volume guest touchpoint areas including door handles, handrails, tables, and reception desks are sanitized regularly.
6- All menus and credit card machines are sanitized after each use.
7- All public areas are deep cleaned nightly as well as weekly sterilization of public spaces.
8- Reduced paper amenities in rooms.
9- We have increased the number of antibacterial hand sanitisers available in all areas of the hotel.
10-Our team will wear disposable gloves and face masks for added protection when appropriate, in particular our restaurant, kitchen and bar team.
11-Public spaces & facilities are open or close in accordance with government guidelines.
12- Guest can opt-in or out of Housekeeping services.
13- No contact food delivery services are available from many local restaurants.
