In light of our reopening, we are taking robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance during the global recovery from the Coronavirus (COVID- 19).
We always take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the hotel at all times and in response to the Coronavirus, we are taking additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
1- Our public areas and guest rooms are meticulously cleaned using the strongest cleaning and high-grade disinfectant products proven to be effective against the Coronavirus.
2- Guest rooms will be unoccupied for two days prior to guest arrival.
3- All our high-volume guest touchpoint areas including door handles, handrails, tables, and reception desks are sanitized regularly.
4- All menus and credit card machines are sanitized after each use.
5- All public areas are deep cleaned nightly as well as weekly sterilization of public spaces.
6- Reduced paper amenities in rooms.
7- We have increased the number of antibacterial hand sanitizers available in all areas of the hotel.
8- Our team will wear disposable gloves and face masks for added protection when appropriate, in particular our restaurant, kitchen and bar team.
9- Our team maintains two meters distance from guests, and our housekeepers will only clean guestrooms when the guest is not present. Guests are reminded to respect social distancing policies.
