Whether it’s High Street glamour, unique vintage finds, bargain clothing or all forms of shopping in general, you’ll find it in London. View our guide below to plan your London shopping trip.
Oxford Street
London’s Oxford Street is the busiest shopping street in Europe. Here you’ll find all your major stores including the popular London TopShop and major department stores including Selfridges, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and House of Fraser. It also features chain stores such as HMV and Borders, as well as discount fashion retailer Primark. Oxford Street spans for about 1.5 miles from Marble Arch to Tottenham Court Road, with Oxford Circus situated almost exactly in the middle.

Knightsbridge is famed for its upmarket department stores, most notably Harrods and Harvey Nichols. You’ll also find no shortage of designer shops on Sloane Street such as Prada, Giorgio Armani, Jimmy Choo, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Hermes, Bvlgari and more. The Knightsbridge shopping area consists of Beauchamp Place, Brompton Road, Sloane Street and Walton Street.

Bond Street
One of the most famous shopping streets in London, Bond Street is an upmarket shopping location in the Mayfair area of London. In earlier days it was simply Bond Street, but today it is technically made up of Old Bond Street (southern end) and New Bond Street (northern end). Bond Street encompasses many high end London shops similar to those of Sloane Street in Knightsbridge.

The markets of Camden Town run all week, but you’ll find more stalls operating over the weekends. Camden is a great place to find unique jewellery, arts and crafts, bargain clothing, exotic foods and even cheap shoes. There are also some stationary shops worth checking out for boho style fashion and shoes.
