Hide & Seed’s menu is a blend of seasonal succulence, based on immaculately sourced meats and game, fresh fish and vegetables, some of which are grown on our own farm. The Kitchen pairs bold produce with subtle flavours, and the result is a menu that revives ingredients with inventive dishes. At Hide & Seed, we work with the country’s leading specialist and artisan suppliers, and only use the highest quality ingredients. The Kitchen is all about discovering new talent, and inspiring culinary creativity, and our team is always finding new flavour combinations to perfect our dishes.
Using regional specialities, rare cuts, and a Robata grill to seal in flavour, the meat is meltingly delicious. The fish is freshly caught, delicately cooked and perfectly seasoned. The seasonal vegetables are colourful and burst with freshness. Hide and Seed’s dishes are perfectly balanced, as attention is lavished equally on vegetables and plants as it is on meat and fish, hence the name Hide and Seed!
