Room Tariffs

Here at The Lodge Hotel we have a range of conference packages to suit all requirements.

Our day package is great for those looking to spend the morning or afternoon within the facility, whereas the 24 hour package allows you to spend the night in our executive accommodation.

The 24 hour packages include single occupancy accommodation, full English breakfast and a three-course dinner. All delegate rates are calculated per person, based on a minimum of 10 persons and include VAT.  

Standard Package:

£45 Day delegate rate including room hire

£150 24 hour delegate rate including room hire

Our standard package includes the following;

• The ‘working lunch’ buffet
• 3 tea and coffee breaks
• Paper and pens
• Water and cordials 

Executive Package:

£60 Day delegate rate including room hire

£165 24 hour delegate rate including room hire

Our executive package includes; 

• Mineral water 
• 3 coffee and tea breaks 
• The ‘Light Lunch’ buffet with hot main course 
• Overhead projector and screen 
• TV with video or DVD 
• Flip chart and pens 
• Pastries and fruit in the afternoon
