The management of the hotel recognise the need for responsible energy management and is committed to minimizing the impact our operation has on the environment. We have therefore undertaken several initiatives to become more environmentally friendly, these include:

• Conversion to low energy lighting and light sensors where appropriate.
• Newly installed energy efficient condensing boilers for hot water and central heating, coupled with improved building insulation.
• Recycling of all used glass and plastics.
• Preference for environmentally conscious suppliers and products from organic, fair trade and sustainable sources.
• Staff tree-planting initiatives and donations.
