Family Fun in London

London Aquarium

London Eye
Enjoy the sights of London while the kids enjoy being on the largest Ferris wheel in Europe. Taking a ride on the London Eye is a perfect way to entertain children, teens and grown-ups. The London Eye is located on the south bank of the River Thames, close to London Aquarium.
London Dungeon
A visit to London Dungeon is a great way to enjoy history and have fun. Full of actors, special effects and rides, London Dungeon also educates visitors about the gory side of London’s history, including medieval surgery, torture and executions, plaque, the Great Fire of London and famous serial killers such as Jack the Ripper and Sweeney Todd. A great day for the family, but it is recommended that all children are over ten years old. Catch the tube to London Bridge for a day of scary fun.
Battersea Park Children’s Zoo
The Battersea Park Children’s Zoo is specifically designed for kids and is a favourite for family fun in London. View a range of animals (including farm animals) and attend the otter, meerkat and monkey feedings. Family tickets are very affordable at just £20.50. To get there catch the tube to Sloane Square and walk about 1 kilometre.
Bus and Boat Tours
Kids love riding in novelty vehicles such as double-decker buses and boats. Take the family on one of the many tours available along the streets of London or on the River Thames. It’ll give you a chance to take in the sights and relax while the kids enjoy the ride. Many operators offer family ticket prices to make things easier.
London Parks
London is surprisingly full of open space for children to play in. Stroll through Regents Park, Battersea Park, Hyde Park, Hampstead Heath, Kensington Gardens, St. James Park and more while the kids run around.
