Conference Lunch Menus

Here at The Lodge Hotel we have put together two Conference Lunch Menus, providing you and your colleagues with delicious food and beverages on the day of your event. Choose from either the ‘Working Lunch’ buffet or the ‘Light Lunch’ buffet.

The Working Lunch (£12.50 per person)

A selection of freshly prepared sandwiches:
Chicken salad
Tomato mozzarella & pesto
Roasted mediterranean vegetable
Ham, cheese & tomato
Smoked salmon with dill mayo


Crudites (Carrots, celery, cucumber, peppers) accompanied with two light dips

Your choice of three of the following:
Mediterranean vegetable skewers
Salmon & herb goujons with herb mayo
Spinach & feta goujons
Prawns in filo pastry with sweet chili sauce

Fresh seasonal fruit and juice

The Light Lunch Buffet (£17.50 per person)

A selection of cold meats & light bites including:
Honey roast ham
Flame grilled chicken
Duck spring rolls with hoisin sauce
Chicken tikka skewers with tzatiki
Vegetable spring rolls with soy sauce

With your choice of four of the following salads:
Mixed leaf
Tomato & pesto
Caesar
Rocket & parmesan
Greek
Beetroot & carrot
Couscous with roasted mediterranean vegetables
New potatoes

Served with warm white and brown rolls

Fresh seasonal fruit salad and juice

Hot food included at £5.00 extra per person:
Homemade goan curry with authentic basmati rice
Vegetable penne pasta
Fillets of chicken, madeira sauce, new potatoes & seasonal vegetables
